3D Controls will offer a "Free Sample Production Service" starting in 2025 to support companies and institutions that require ceramic 3D printing technology but find it difficult to manufacture.
This service is available to R&D personnel at companies and research institutes. Those interested in participating can apply through the "Free Sample Production" online form (click here) at the top of the 3D Controls official website. Along with the printed samples, a quality test report using a high-precision 3D scanner will be provided.
Ceramic 3D printing is an innovative manufacturing technology that overcomes the limitations of conventional mold injection or milling processes. It is optimized for complex geometry realization, customized small-volume production, cost reduction, and increased productivity. We hope this free sample production service will be of practical help to companies and institutions considering the introduction of ceramic 3D printing.
3D Controls is the first company in Korea to vertically integrate all processes, from ceramic 3D printing to cleaning, debinding, sintering, and polishing, providing a total solution for the production of advanced ceramic components. Furthermore, by registering as an innovative product with the Public Procurement Service (click here) and obtaining CE certification, we have secured competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. We also actively participate in global exhibitions in Japan, China, and Europe.
For inquiries regarding additional processes (design analysis, polishing, etc.) or 3D printer equipment, please visit our Production Technology Research Center in Seongnam or visit our official website.
