3D Controls to Participate in 'Formnext 2025' for Fourth Consecutive Year.

Targeting the Global Market with Ceramic 3D Printing End-to-End Process Technology and Competitive Prices

3D Controls (CEO Sang-kyu Lee), a ceramic 3D printing specialist, will participate in 'Formnext 2025', held at Messe Frankfurt, Germany, from November 18th to 21st.

3D Controls was selected as a joint booth participant in the Korean Pavilion by the 3D Convergence Industry Association, and its booth will be located in Hall 11.1, Booth B11.

3D Controls has participated in Formnext for four consecutive years and has established itself as the only company in Korea to independently develop and integrate the entire ceramic 3D printing process: printing, cleaning, debinding, sintering, and polishing.

In particular, it is attracting attention in the global market as it can achieve the same level of completion and quality as overseas competitors with equivalent technology at a price that is less than 50% of that of competitors.

This exhibition will showcase not only CE-certified ceramic 3D printer equipment, but also dedicated washers, sintering furnaces, and polishers, offering a comprehensive "Ceramic 3D Printing Total Solution" that can be implemented from research labs to mass production lines. Furthermore, a variety of production cases commissioned by over 170 companies worldwide will be showcased, demonstrating the industrial applicability and competitiveness of ceramic 3D printing.

Furthermore, building on the partnership signed with European ceramic specialist BSQ TECH at last year's Formnext event, the company will also unveil plans to expand its full-process manufacturing service (FARM Platform) in Europe.

CEO Lee Sang-kyu stated, "Ceramic 3D printing is a key technology that will replace existing molding processes and contribute to the mass production and localization of advanced ceramic components. By leveraging the high level of completion and cost competitiveness of our domestically produced technology, we will further strengthen the position of 'Made in Korea' ceramic 3D printing in the global market."

Meanwhile, leading domestic additive manufacturing companies, including 3D Controls, will participate in the Formnext 2025 Korea Pavilion to showcase various cutting-edge technologies, including materials, equipment, post-processing, and software, and advance into the global market.
